In brief:

Ossi, a spirited young woman with little regard for ladylike behavior, feels stifled by her governess and her strict tutor, Dr. Kersten. In order to enjoy all the privileges typically reserved for men, she dons an elegant men’s outfit. The plan seems to work — but soon, Ossi falls in love with Dr. Kersten and decides that perhaps she no longer wants to be a man after all…
